Deepak Hooda, Born in Rohtak, Haryana, on April 19, 1995, Deepak Jagbir Hooda came from a well-behaved and encouraging family. Early athletic discipline was instilled by his father, Jagbir Hooda, who played kabaddi at the district level and was a Warrant Officer in the Indian Air Force. Despite her decision to keep a private life, Deepak's mother is nevertheless a vital source of emotional support. Ashish, his younger brother, was a club cricket player before a shoulder injury put a stop to his dreams. Deepak's robust mindset was influenced by his early exposure to sports in a military environment, where he was raised with strong principles of dedication and tenacity.
Rise Through Domestic and Junior Ranks
During his school years, Deepak Hooda started playing cricket and soon gained recognition for his aggressive batting and superb off-spin bowling. He played as an all-rounder for India at the 2014 ICC U-19 World Cup, demonstrating his athleticism and promise on the junior international scene. Hooda made his first-class debut in the 2014–15 Ranji Trophy and his List A debut for Baroda in the 2013–14 Vijay Hazare Trophy. Personal Milestones: Marriage and Family
After dating for nine years, Deepak married his longtime partner in an intimate wedding in Baroda on July 15, 2024. "We have finally found each other after nine years of waiting," he said in his passionate captions. His bride is from Himachal Pradesh, which brings cultural harmony to their marriage, even if her name is kept a secret.

2024–25: Challenges and Reinvention
Deepak faced unforeseen challenges during the 2024 IPL season. Even after joining the Chennai Super Kings in 2025, he had trouble finding his rhythm, amassing just 31 runs in six games at an average of 6.20, with a high score of 22. The batting coach for CSK, Michael Hussey, commended Deepak's professionalism in spite of his inconsistent play, emphasizing his demeanor and humility in accepting team rotation.
