Mahipal Krishan Lomror was born on November 16, 1999, in Degana, Nagaur district, Rajasthan. While details about his parents are not widely publicized, it’s known that he grew up in a modest environment in Degana and began playing tennis-ball cricket from a very young age. Cricketing Emergence & U19 World Cup

Lomror first gained national attention in 2016 when he was selected for India’s U19 World Cup squad . Shortly after, he made his first-class debut for Rajasthan in the 2016–17 Ranji Trophy on October 6, 2016. He also debuted in List A (Vijay Hazare Trophy) on February 25, 2017, and T20 cricket (Inter-State T20) on January 30, 2017.

During the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy, he emerged as Rajasthan's joint-leading wicket-taker with 13 dismissals in six matches. These performances underscored his credentials as a genuine batting all-rounder, capable of influencing the game with both bat and ball.

Lomror’s IPL journey began in 2018 with the Rajasthan Royals, where he played through 2021 before moving to Royal Challengers Bangalore (2022–24). Raised Rs 1.7 crore by the Gujarat Titans in the 2025 mega-auction, Lomror emphasized his preference for game time over mere earnings. “I’d rather play 10 matches than chase money,” he told Sportstar. Mahipal Lomror has emerged as a dependable and flexible all-rounder in Indian domestic cricket. A left-handed middle-order batter and slow left-arm orthodox bowler, he brings a blend of batting stability and spin bowling that is highly valued in the T20 format.
