A Humble Beginning & Early Promise

Swapnil Singh, who was born in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, on January 22, 1991, relocated to Vadodara (formerly Baroda) in 2001 with his family. His mother, Rajeshwari Singh, was instrumental in fostering his cricketing aspirations, even though there is now no comprehensive public information available regarding his father. His sister Ayushi Singh and brother Jyotsnil Singh, who has also played domestic cricket for Baroda, have been his steadfast supporters throughout his life.
